Help me out! What career should I choose? What college?

ok so heres the deal, I am interested in fashion (designer) real state, photography, writing (novels, articles, "editor" of a magazine) i dunno! so many things! but i need a plan! a stable career... the fashion thing is like more of a hobbie cuz i need something that will define my future!
help me out please!! :S what should i study? and WHERE!
