TAYRONA NATURAL PARK
Found in the Atlantic coast to the North of Colombia, 34 kilometres to the northeast of the historic city of Santa Marta. It is a landscape of large white rocks and trails amounting to the vestiges of the Tayrona culture.
This is a place with 12,000 land Hectares and 3,000 sea hectares which has bays, beaches, mangroves, coral reefs, fishes, mollusks, algae that share this place with hills, forests, bushes, more than 100 species of mammals, 200 species of birds, 50 species of reptiles and some archaeological ruins of the Tayrona culture, one of the most interesting pre-Hispanic villages of Colombia.
