Help me interpret these knitting instructions, please? :)?

Hi!
I'm doing a hat pattern from here: http://www.canadianliving.com/crafts/knitting/knitted_toque_with_earflaps.php

I'm working on the toque now, and I'm on the step:
"Next: With MC, work even in St st until work from joining row measures 14.5 cm/5-3/4 ins, ending with right side facing for next row."
Alright, so what does it mean with "work from joining row"? What is the joining row? Does it mean the row where I stopped working on my secondary color, and started back on MC/main color?
And then, "ending with right side facing the next row"... does that mean since I'm doing stockinette stitch with knit, purl, knit, purl, etc, I should end with knit, purl, knit?
I gladly report people who do not answer my question. :D :D :D :D
LMAO, Stargaze! I can't believe I totally ignored that part! Thanks for pointing it out... wow, I feel silly.

auckland, thanks for explaining the other part, though!

I'm silly... this is the first thing I'm making, other than simple garter stitch squares.I... just really wanted to make a hat and learn as I went along. Bad idea.
Pretend thumbs up to all 3 of you.. I can't thumb up yet.
