Help me in Potty training...?

I have 22 month old daughter,i want her now to be trained for pee and poop in POD,she knows that potty in trouser is not good thing,but she don't like to be sit on POD,if notice that its time for her poop or pee and i compel her to be sit there on POD for one an hour she will sit there but didn't do potty,So Plz help me out and give some tips.Thanks
