help me improve my car audio?

i'm not knowledgeable about speaker. my car has only 2 speakers, one on the driver side and the other one on the passenger side. what additional implement/s should i add to have a better car audio. if buying additional speaker/s is an option, please include the watage or watts.
 
i would replace the stocks and add pioneers or infinety or alpine
i would add a speaker amplifier and head unit i would also run new thicker wires to support the power of the new speakers
as far as watts and size well thats up to you
i dont know how big you wanna go...head over to a speaker shop and they should be able to help you put somthing together and test some speakers out inside the shop before yo make a choice
also watts dont mean a thing its all about

well first off it depends on how big your car is to weather u can really add speakers, but if u have a back seat and there are spots were there was suppose to be speakers and they aren't there just measure the speaker slot and get new speakers back there. second it always helps to have a after market CD player. stock CD players dont put out enough watts. and thrid if u are looking for some bass and have a desent size trunk u can by some subwoofers and amp and put them in the trunk. but it is all up to what size cd player u by and what size amp u by. For me to tell the speaker watage... i got two 12'' subs in my trunk that are 800 watts each with a 1600 watt amp. It sounds great
