Just got an offer for a road bike, heres what I got

1. It is a Motobecane
2. Full Ultegra Components
3. Size 52
4. Mavic Wheels (Idk if stock)
5. Bontrager Tires (also Idk if stock)
6. asking $400
7. It Is "bright Metalic Blue"

IDK what year, anyone know any info about what type of road bike this is?

You didn't mention what type of frame and not knowing the year makes it hard to guess. Motobecanes have been around for many decades. My friend still has one he bought as a kid in the early 70's. Currently, Motobecanes are just a licensed name and only sold via on-line sales in the US as far as I know. Here's the current model that fits your bike best:

But at $400 the bike you describe is likely at least a few years old. Why not contact the seller and ask?

Its basically impossible to identify your bike, the chances are real good if the bike has any age to it that all your components along with wheels and tires could have been changed out.
Motobécane was a French manufacturer of bicycles established in 1923.
In 1981, Motobécane filed for bankruptcy and was purchased by Yamaha and reformed in 1984 as MBK.
Motobecane USA, imports bicycles from Taiwan manufactured to their specification by Kinesis Industry under the Motobécane trademark. You can try looking here http://www.motobecane.com/MBUSAbikes.html maybe you can find further information on your bike.
