I'm a male at the age of 18. Me and my girlfriend love each other and we have sex, but i keep coming within one minute, which is too short of time. I want my girlfriend to enjoy it when having sex. How can i last longer before i com? I don't want any pills or other substances. How can i physically last longer before i com when having sex?? Changing positions doesn't really help at all and neither does slowing down then fast again. It would be nice if some one could help me out...
