Ya. I know this is a broad question... sorry if what I write below isn't very clear...
I have an RC car without a remote (it's lost), and I want to do something with it.
I would like to get rid of it's circuit which is useless because of the lost remote and replace it with my own... What kind of processor should I use, and whats some tips to get started, or am I on the wrong track completely?
I can program in C and C++, and can probably learn other languages fast enough.
I will also need some way of sensing a certain colour light, or maybe something else it can follow (besides light -- maybe a certain colour paper or something)... If the accuracy of whatever camera is good enough, I could have it stop when it is close (lights far enough apart).
I just need a push in the right direction. Your answers are really appreciated.
