I Been riding bulls for a while now about a year, i rode before but younger, im not doing soo hott im riding a few out for the 8 seconds but not as many as i need and a lot of that has to do with being in poor condition im 16 years old now 5'6 150 pounds i got a perfect body for the sport and been raised around it my whole life but im starting to get a little belly im stronger then mos people my age, but i need to get rid of this excess body fat because bull riding is a lot of core strenght hips legs lower back and a lot of stomach, so basicaly what i need is......
