Help me Fix my Car at Home.?

My car has problem in the fuel injector ,I cant drive it more than 20 mill/hr i had a huge problem reaching my house tonight i was stuck in the highway . please help me what to do i dont wont to go to the mechanic he is going to charge me thousands.

Yeah,i think its not getting Fuel . my car is 2002 altima ,has 103,000mealege

Can i change the fuel filter on my own at home? if so how?
I have Nissan Altima 2002 ,V4 .
Ingine light is on and the is distubing sound there when i drive it.
 
it might be the gas filter partly clogged. what about the cat. converter. if it,s clogged you won,t be able to go very fast.
