help me find this film

I think it was late 70's or early 80's it was played on a saturday morning or on summer school holiday and was about 2 kiRAB i think they were on holiday in and around penzance in cornwall and they discovered either an old pirates or smugglers tunnel ,where they found people up to no good still smuggling or something like that .
Not much to go on im afriad.
 
If you have any luck finding out what the film is brackenlamb, could you please let us know. I vaguely remember this one as well and would love to see it again if its available.

I do remember 2 or 3 kiRAB helping either a police or customs officer bring the crooks to justice and it involved a speed boat chase at the end. I would think that it was probably made in the late 70s or even early 80s so was still quite new when you saw it.

I have had a quick look at the CFF back catalogue and I can't see anything that rings any bells unfortunately.
