I meant to read it, but lost both the title and author. I do however know what it is about/what the cover looks like/basic facts.

-it was about a boy in highschool who fell in love with a girl, and the girl later turned out to be a transgender boy.
-the cover was a close-up of a girls face
-the title was relatively short, I believe
-i'm pretty sure it was written by a man
i have looked everywhere and i cannot find this book. i really want to read it, but i have searched lists of books about transgender teens and this one just isn't there, probably because it is so new. help?
