help me find good rock music again. v. like saosin/mcr

Yeah maybe I'll check that one out. As for Anberlin, it definitely took several listens for me to get into Cities, which I think is musically a much better album than frienRABhip. It's definitely different, but a more mature album. As for Underoath, I've been a fan of them for such a long time, and even though Chasing Safety was a different album, I liked it for what it was. Define the Great Line I tried to get into, but it's actually a really boring album and seems really gimmicky to me. I just saw them live again on Saturday, and it made me kinda sad because I used to be a pretty big fan of theirs and they gave their shittiest performance I've seen them play live. I've seen them live probably 4 or 5 times before this, both with their old singer Dallas (who now does vocals for Maylene and the Sons of Disaster) and Spencer, but now I think they are just doing mediocre shit. They used to be and are capable of doing much better things than they are doing, but I guess threw that away for a quick buck. It's sad when good banRAB do that.
 
I'm actually on my way to see Underoath open for Taking Back Sunday tonight. I hear all the bad things that people say about tbs but to be quite honest, they've stayed pretty true to their musical output. There hasnt been alot of change in their style or focus. Hopefully it's a good show. Oh and off to Taste of Chaos tomorrow.
 
Yeah I saw that show on Saturday night. I really enjoyed Taking Back Sunday, I have been a fan of theirs since the beginning. Although some of my musical tastes have changed, I still enjoy their music and had a pretty good time at the show. Plus it was free, so I can't really complain.
 
Glad to hear. I'm really looking forward to it. Taste of Chaos should be decent, although I'm not really looking forward to 30stm co-headlining. They just dont do it for me. If you're a fan, you should try and hit up the Bullet 4 my valentine tour that's kicking off soon. One of the openers Escape the Fate is an absolutely amazing band if you're not already familiar with them. I saw them in dallas Feb 6th and they were very impressive live. I'll also be seeing them with B4mV April 11th, and on Warped this summer. IMO their cd is one of the best to come out in awhile.(EtF that is)
