Here's what i have, please tell me if I've got them mixed up or if they're right, or if you can add to them and help me understand them better it would be great. Thanks.
Law of Segregation: Dominant and recessive traits are past on by the parents to the daughter cells. Although the Dominant traits are the only traits that are visible, the resesive traits are passed on as well.
Law of Independent Assortment: States that genes with traits are inherited independently of each other. Meaning that a cell can not get both alleles from one parent, it gets one allele from one parent and one allele from another parent. This happens because the allelels for a trait separate, allowing them to form independently with alleles from another parent, ensuring that an organism does not receive a trait where both alleles are from the same parent.
Thanks all for your help.
