Help me decide on a performance hybrid bike!!!?

I have not owned a bike in years and am looking for some help in deciding what to purchase. I have narrowed my search to the following:

2008 Bianchi Torino
2008 Diamondback Insight 2 or 3

As a secondary question...would the Insight 3 be worth the extra money over the 2?
