Help me choose!

Hi guys,
Am planning to buy a new phone and I have sort of narrowed it down to a few phones , it would be great if those in the now could help me spot the lucky phone

I stay in India, so 3G is not yet out here so i don't think it should be a criterion. I want a phone with good organiser functions and a good music player, and a decent camera ( i will not be taking a lot of pix for printing so I don't need a 3MP etc camera)
I had narrowed it down to these
Motorola RAZR V3i http://www.gsmarena.com/motorola_razr_v3i-1352.php
Nokia 6681 http://www.gsmarena.com/nokia_6681-1046.php

Then a friend of a friend who works in the local Nokia service center suggested the Nokia 6270 http://www.gsmarena.com/nokia_6270-1198.php and even suggested that the 6681 would not be that great and has some stability problems.
On paper the 6270 looks good but I am a bit worried about the OS which I believe is a low spec one (S40?) [I am really interested in getting a Symbian type phone that is a PDA like phone in this price bracket]and also doubts on the build quality which i believe is iffy also it reminds me a lot of the 6260 a model which i particularly detested and found very cumbersome to use.
So what do you guys think, I might be buying it in a week or so, I also briefly thought about the Sony Ericsson K750i

Any help would be much appreciated!
Thank you!
Jay

Well it depends, the 6270 has a S40 OS, and the 6681 has a S60 OS. Of course, the 6681 will be more compatible with a lot more software that can be found. It really depends what you are going to use it for.

Edit: Looked at your first post and you said you want music, well with the S60 u can download lots of different software to run those songs, while the 6270 won't have those nice features. The 6270 has a better camera though in my opinion, but not by much. The Razr sucks balls, its only cool because of the looks, it has no features and cannot be expandable like the nokias, whatsoever.
