Help me choose the best

I am looking for a phone that is most likely flip, or slider, but I like flip more. I would like it to have some storage or exspansion possilibities, as well as dual colour screens, camera, possilbly mp3 playback, and maybe video.

So far I have an enourmous numbers of phones:
Moto V3 - everyone has one, but they are so good looking, but lacking in features, no expansion slot
Moto V635 - tonnes of features, but bulky and looks like all the other million flip phones on the market
Samsung Z500 - nice looking, good features, but I have heard stuff about its older E-series parents
Samsung D500 - like the slider, but the screen is too naked for my use
also, I don't have a time constraint, so I could wait for the Moto V3i or the Samsung Z510/Z540 if you guys think its worth it.

p.s I think I can get these phones (with the exception of the Moto V3i and Samsung Z510/Z540) for about $200 unlocked, so thats my price point.

Well, looking over the phones, it depends on where you are. If you are in Europe or go there a lot the 3G on the samsungs will blitz the v635s connection. The V3 and D500 are the only phones that have any style that will make it easy to look at them, but both are so popular you might be me unique getting a phone that "should" look like every other phone.

I like the D500, because the camera is a lot better than the others, and it has good sounding MP3 player (no expansion though). I think the V3i is the best of the lot, but that is not saying a lot from me as I am tired of seeing that phone around (I know they are not V3is and they are the normal V3, but there are no real design changes to signify the upgrade on the outside).

I myself live in Canada, actaully in rural Ontario which I'm guessing does not have much access to the 3G or anything special, so I'll probably only be able to get basic service (unless I move). I do however want a unique phone, and in my area, almost any (with the exception of the most basic flip) is unique. I do like the D500, great looking phone but, I will likely be fairly rough on it, and with that screen so unprotected it might not look so pretty after a few months, thus why I was looking at the flip phone.

Here is what it comes down to, there are features that I think might be useful, including a flash (as a flashlight), expandable memory, voice dialing, video and good screen (like on the v3) coolness factor and . As I have never owned a phone before, on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being absolutly necessary) how important are those features?
