Help me choose domain name?

Hey everybody. Please help me choose a domain name. I had soo much good name guessings but someone have already used them up. The best I came up with is:

shivamsai.com
shivam.me

My name is Shivam Sai Gupta. And My website will be my online portfolio. I will put games and stuff I made into it.
 
I feel shivam.me as good. Anyway if you need any of your previous guessing that has been already registered, You can have a whois lookup on the respective domain name. This could give you the registrant information. Through which you can contact the domain registrant for a bargain if he or she wishes to sell it. You can have a Whois lookup on domain name from www.WhoisXY.com . All the best mate.
