Hi folks, the subject says it all.
My needs are as follows:

EXCELLENT reception for calls Analog is preferred but I know I wont get it on anything new (sigh)
Word processing type app. which supports transcription. There will be MANY small files containing text and date.
Bluetooth for headset

Any additional bells and whistles are always good but the items listed are most important. Your input is greatly appreciated. I've learned a lot on this site. I hope you all come through once again.

The MOTO Q will give you good call reception, but transcripted word processing is a "no go" out-of-the-box. For example, Pocket Office is read-only, there is no notepad application on-board, and no native cut-and-paste!
 
Also, many report the battery is pretty weak and that you have to immediately upgrade to the extended battery. I don't know what that adds to the device's size.

Another option is the i730, but it will need the extended battery (included). I have one. It's pretty bulky, admittedly, but EVDO is nice and there are some great forums around with all kinds of nifty hacks for it.
