Help me choose a "camp nickname"?

I'm going to be working at a camp this summer for 3rd-5th graders. At this camp, it's tradition for all the staff members to take on a "camp name" that the kids all call them by instead of their real name. The camp is called "Indian Village", so the names are usually words in a Native American language or have something to do with nature.

I asked here a couple of times earlier for ideas and such, but my first choices of "Ember" and "Acacia" have already been used recently. So now I have to choose between the following four names, which I should be able to use without problem: Snapdragon, Autumn Rain, Briar Rose, and Dragonfly.

Which of those do you think should be my name for the summer? Thanks!
For those saying it should reflect my personality: what type of personality do each of those names imply to you?
Biscuit - Thanks for your add-ons! I think it's interesting that your view of Briar Rose is the opposite of mine, as I see it as more of describing someone who may seem "prickly" on the outside, but is sweet once you get to know her. But that was part of the point of this question: to see what these names imply to OTHER people, especially since I'm more of an audial person than a visual, and go more by the sounds of the words than the pictures or meanings of them. (For example, I love the way "Acacia" sounds, so even though Acacias are known for their thorns, it was originally my second choice.). Since I'll have hundreds of kids and quite a few adults calling me whatever name I choose over the summer, I want to get other peoples' opinions while deciding!

All nice names. Though I believe that if you choose one of these names, it should reflect what you are as a person.

For example, if you were to choose a flower name, would you feel more like a quiet and calm beauty like a purple iris? Or more like a hardened fighter with a striking personality like the bright yellow dandelion (a weed, but a pretty one that eventually learns to fly)?




Think of your own personality. What makes you happy, angry, sad? What do you like to do? How would you describe yourself, and how would others describe you?

Find things out in nature that fit that, whether it be flower or plant or something like a river, and take that as your name.

To continue my example, Snapdragon and Dragonfly suggest to me a personality similar to what I said a dandelion would represent.

A fighter, strongwilled and ready to stand up to anyone. But with a nasty temper, that must be controlled.


Autumn Rain suggests a person others would find "refreshing." Cheery, supportive, and life-giving.


Briar Rose suggests someone to me who is pretty, but cold. Someone nice to look at, but don't touch because of the thorns.

or make up your own name how about naming yourself after a bird or finding out the native american word for sunset or something
