help me bleed brakes on my kawasaki?

ive bled them the old school way and then used a vacuum bleeder.they work but the lever still goes all the way to the bar??? is the master cylinder broke or have i done it wrong??
also the lever is adjusted all the way out
 
Easygoings method works but it's easier if you go into your local vets and get one of those big fat syringes.

Have you got decent braided hoses? Rubber hoses tend to stretch under pressure after a while making braking spongey.
