I have done what everyone says and got as far as where it says convert to aac and now i have the file but i have a new laptop and the file name is not the the song name.m4a like everyone says it should be. i am using windows 7 and when i open the file it does not show the file extension in the name, therefore i cannot change it to .m4r. is there a way i can make the file extension show up in the name or is there an online or downloadable converter that will convert it to .m4r for me?
