Hey,
Well I recently bought a Nokia 3250...and have to say I love it. And of course, I didn't want to get any scratches on it, so I also bought a case off ebay for it...its one of those magnetic flap cases. Yesterday one of my friends showed me their N73, which they protected with a similar magnetic flap case, and there were light marks on the LCD, which he said were caused by the magnetic case. So he decided to stop using it recently. I used my case for a few days, but now I've decided to hold off, and stick with a slip case for it. My 3250 still seems to be perfect, but I just thought I'd check here if theres anything he could do to fix this...or if this happens to one of my phones in the future, if there's any kind of fix for something like this....of course, I'm pretty sure replacing the LCD would do the job, but I don't think he wants to pay that much.
So is there any kind of degaussing possible for these phones? If not, is there any method that would solve this type of issue...or anyone in the GTA he could see that could fix something like this...for free or for a low price?
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!
Later.
