Help Lg Venus Vx8800 Lost A File

i was trying to flash my LG venus to cricket and i lost the PM_DOM file i don't know what happened i just copied the paramtable1.fil and it just dissapeared

Can someone give me a copy please

when i go to nv edit and MIP Profile in the MN AAA SPI value is 2 should i change it to 0?

and my MMS tab looks is different

when i edit the SIP Password and the AN Password in Data Tab to "cricket" and write it to the phone it goes thru. then phone reboots and i restart lgdl just to check and when i read it data from phone SIP Password and AN Password are blank why wont it stick?
