My next door neighbours staffie keeps making holes in our shared fence, it has already attacked my dog and went for me yesterday but I got to safety. Have tried to talk to my neighbour but she's always high and have called the police but they don't seem interested. Wondering if anyone has any ideas what i can do to solve the situation i'm having to take my dog on at least 10 walks a day cause hes not safe in the garden. Please help
