help just gold fish but dirty water?

put the water in ,then the blue gravel cleaned the life out of it ,then put them in , than the drops went in as its tap water ,2 gold fish went in still in the bag and after half an hour thy too went in. next day it looked mucky and cloudy why did this happen ?
 
It might be some gravel dust that managed to allude you. Or it could just be a bacteria bloom caused by the addition of your two new fish. Since adding new fish disrupts the cycle of the tank. Or you might have added them before the tank was cycled and the bio load is too much for the filter.
