Hello everyone
I know posts like this have been opened so many times but I can't find an exact answer to my question.
Hope someone can help me out.

I have this phone with the latest firmware unfortunately.
I wanted to know if is possible to jb and unlock it?
If not ,given that 3G Doesn't need shsh bacup, is it possible to downgrade it?
the mode version is 5.13.04

you can jailbreak and unlock your phone...no doubt
use 4.0iso(not 4.0.1) to jailbreak and add sinfuliphonerepo.com as source in cydia.
download package and install ultrasn0w to unlock
also use redsn0w_win_0.9.5b5-5 to jailbreak

@gsmdocter if i use the firmware 4.0 to make a custom file with redsnow, i then have to use itunes to restore that file in my iphone which will be a DOWNGRADE right? as i will retrun from 4.0.1 to 4.0

no need to use custom firmware.
just run redsn0w and browse ios 4 and jailbreak
dont follow wrong steps
its very easy
