HELP..........IS MY FISH PREGNANT? ?

i have a black cold water fish who has recently formed white spots all over and her tail is becoming useless. She lays on the bottom however swims every once an a while. Her tail has began to curl however she is still breathing and laying around. Could she be pregnant?
 
Is her belly getting fat? Cause if not, these are actually signs of illness, not pregnancy.
