hi all i am trying to restore an ipod that displays a folder shape image saying Apple - iTunes but each time i start the restore it displays that the restore file is 16mb when it gets to 2.5mb it stops i.e when it has downloaded 2.5 it stops restoring and gives an error i have tried about 10 times no success pls help what can i do
