Help! International Cellphone? I'm clueless.. I need an international prepaid

cellphone and plan? I'm going to Germany soon and I need a prepaid card that will allow me to call from GERMANY to the U.S. I've been researching, and I can't find any that will allow me to talk from Germany. They sell ones for me to call to Germany; but that won't help.
