Help in solving a system of linear equations using the Gaussian elimination method?

the linear quations are as follows

-x-y-z=-1
X+2y+z = -3
2x+3y+4z = -3

i need to find the values of x,y and z.

If you could please show all workings that would be greatly appreciated :)
