yes and can use lite papua to unlock it
first send to your phone px75v1.rar by ir or mpm and put it in application/java
and run it from phone and follow the instructions in the picture

Use java midle px65v5 or px75v1.
Tested with C75 100% & px65v4 but I read in forum that px75v1 is more faster...
