Help!! in and awkward situation...?

Well in history class there's these two guys that always stare at me, i can see it from the corner of my eye, one of the guys i really like who flirts with me and talks to me all the time, and the other one really creeps me out, but one time i got really annoyed and told the guy i like to stop staring at me (i didnt say anything to the creepy kid cause i don't want to make it awkward, like im afraid to look back at him whenever he stares), but now it's like he's not interested in me anymore, and he never talks to me, and the other kid still stares at me, and I'm to afraid to say anything to him, and i'm too afraid to talk to the kid i like because now it's really awkward between us, but i want to let him know i still like him, ughhh what do i do?!?!?! help?!?!?!
