So, I am a 16 year old girl 1.68 centimeters tall and with average body. I am not skinny nor fat. But, well I need to improve my body image, I do not want to have a model body, or to have killing legs or abs. I just want to be able to wear shorts without showing my cellulitis, tank tops without my belly coming out, oh and my waist ): etc. I do not think that I am the common lazy person who spends hours surfing the net, sitting and eating, but I am also aware that I have not been taking care of my body lately this years. So any ideas of what I could do? routines, exercises, dances (i love dancing) I would like somehitng different form a routine but I am up for anything. Something that works for the whoole body
(I think I am asking for too much) I just want to have the normal teen body, not to be a supermodel
I want to be comfourtable with myself
