We booked a return flight from HCMC to Guangzhou with China Southern Airlines through their online booking system. For some reason there seemed to be an error after payment processed. Hence we don't receive any confirmation email but OUR CREDIT CARD GOT CHARGED.
Not bad enough, as we are in Australia and their offices here are really helpless, we got told to call overseas to China. Obviously the English was shocking so we settled down with email communication. We gave them every single piece of information we had including the bank statement, trying to be patient even when they kept asking the same question. At the end, the last thing they got back to us, saying "We are sorry to tell you, we can not check your booking information as your provide". I was so mad.
So is that it? We gonna lose our money for good? The bank affirmed me that as long as we hang on tight to our bank statement, they have to give us the tickets. But it seems really hopeless at the moment. Have you ever experienced the same situation? What should I do?
