HELP! I'm getting my period while camping.?

I'm going on a canoe trip on Thursday, and I'm almost absolutely positive that I'm going to get my period while I'm there. It's that total pitch-tents-at-different-campsites-each-night-and-don't-bring-food-unless-you-want-to-get-eaten-by-bears thing.

Anyways, I have no idea what to do!
