help identifying 2 toons

Okay guys I need some help here.
  1. (sorry for the extreme amounts of vagueness) It was a show that came on CBS (I think) Saturady mornings in around 1998 or 1999 and was about pirates. I only saw a little bit of it once
  2. It was a movie/TV special that was on Disney (I think) and it was kind of a variaty thing. I only remember one part where a girl and her grandpa were going through the city and they got seperated. She made some comment like "Everyone looks the same" then she had a dream/vision that everyone looked like her grandpa.
Any help is appreciated
 
I'm thinking the 1st one is either ABC's Pirates of Dark Water or FOX's Mad Jack the Pirate, but really, I would need more information to properly dientify it.

No idea about the 2nd one. Sorry.
 
Out of the two you suggested I would have to say Mad Jack the Pirate because, according to Wikipedia, Pirates of Dark Water would have ended and be reruns on CN by 1998. Also I remember what I saw was suppose to be a funny show.
