Well I have worked in retail for 9 years and never had sales goals before, I thought I was doing fine at meeting my goals but my manager was taking everyone aside and going over their goals. She said since I already have one warning that the next step would be to decide if this job was for me. I was surprised by this. So I started to make my goals and today I only made it to 67% of $4326. I don't just stand around I talk to every customer that comes into the men's area. I don't want to lose my job. But I don't know what to do to hit my goal everyday. Thanks in advance
