okay so like my old phone was a verizon samsung rogue and it was in my backpack and got horrible water damage the other day and i know now that there is absoloutely no way to recover it and i really need a phone soon that is pretty cheap so i decided that i love the palm pre phone from verizon and i really want it and so i want to buy it off of ebay and like i know that it is a smartphone, but my parents are like 99.9% sure that they dont want to pay for internet service and wifi and all that so i want to know if there is ANY way possible that i could buy a palm pre verizon phone off of ebay and activate it or our plan and just not get a different wifi/data plan?? i really want that phone!! thanks for the help
