HELP!! I think i ruined my phone

i was tryin todownload a wallpaper to my phone and now all my ringtones are gone that i downloaded and i can not gt them back on. when i try my phone just keeps rebooting. in the downloads section it is all kinds of strange writings and signs. and now when i try to use my data cable it is saying the device is not recognized and i tried to reinstall but ti is not showing up..please tell me i can fix this. i can not belive this is happi :( ning
 
nevermind. i fiddled around and somehow i fixed it.i was using brewsky and and was able to get there sample on and it ended that i as unable to delete all the stuf on there and fix it. boy am i glad. :)
