HELP!!! I NEED TO SHIP THIS FISHING POLE!!!!!!?

I have a 6'7" fishing pole and i need to ship it ups. i sold it on ebay. what can i ship it in? i need a big box! please HELP!!!!
 
Go to a electrical store that sells seven foot fluorescent light bulbs and ask for a empty box. Don't worry about the print on the box because UPS will add the shipping label then add in packing peanuts sold at UPS.
 
Is it a two-piece rod? If it is the box you need will be much shorter and easier to find. If it's not then I don't know what you can do. I would just go to a UPS store and see what they can do and go to a sporting goods store and see what they can do. Good luck!
 
You can try a pvc pipe. it wont get broke but it might cost a little to buy .or try wrapping it up in cardboard .you can also buy long boxes that they use to ship florescent lights in .
