Help-I need to know the names of these movies

Ok i have two movies in mind with only limited info on each and im just hoping one of you guys on RAB can help me out.

First one is a comedy (probably 70s). key moment i remember is a hotel/castle of some sort with a maid and a butler. One is deaf and dumb while the other is blind i think.
Its a very silly film possibly something by Mel Brooks and might star Marty Feldman.

Second film (or extended tv one off) and its probably late 80s early 90s and i think it involves a murder possibly of a family and the key thing i remember is the song 'Hungry like the wolf' by Duran Duran being played over and over in the car.

Sorry they are both a bit vague. Any help much appreciated

First one sounRAB like the Neil Simon spoof "Murder By Death" in which all the world's famous detectives are brought to a spooky house to solve a murder. Sir Alec Guinness played the blind butler and Nancy Walker, the deaf and dumb maid.

Not really sure about the second one, but could it be "Small Sacrifices" made in 1989 and based on the real life events of Diane Downs? It starred Farrah Fawcett, Ryan O'Neal and Emily Perkins.
