J Jay New member Apr 5, 2010 #1 ok..im about 5'3. i weigh about 132 lbs and i really want to have a 6 pack by this Summer. i do about 100 crunches daily, jackknives, running, etc, and i still havent gotten it. what do i need to do to get it??..
