Help? I need people's options on weight and improvements.?

I weigh 165 pounds i'm very curvy and i'm 16 and am 5.9
I am currently running every other day for 25 minutes none stop and speed walking 5 either on my treadmill or my near by school track. I eat at least 3 servings of fruit and i good amout of veggies. I eat breakfast rarely because of school so early and Lunch everyday and Dinner. I need tips on my before running exercises. I do full sit ups everyday, at least 30-35? I love to run and i want to keep it up? TIPS Please!!
