HELP! I need a fish that can clean my tank and live aquarium plants?

so i have 3 anachoros plants and one big amazon sword plant. On their leaves ive been getting brown stuff and on the walls of my aquarium. i need a fish that eats that stuff and wont destroy my plants. i have a magnetic cleaner thing so i can clean the glass from the outside but im concerned about the plants. help?!?! please this problem is getting worse.

lightning: from 2 or 4 pm to midnight.
fish: 1 newt, 3 black moor, 8 tattooed tetras, one angelfish, 2 pangaseus sharks.

Tank Size: 30L (30 gallons long)

PLEASE HELP!!
