Help i hear bird noises like squeaks under car best answer wins?

ok here's the deal i have a 95 dodge4 intrepid i hear this chirping or squeaking sound under car it comes and go's even if i change gears from revers neutral drive its there until i shut car of. i checked under hood but it sounds like it is coming from underneath. the car is running fine it stared after i change brakes front and rear but i cant figure out what it is please help it driving me nuts. Best answer gets ten points thanks and help
 
Sounds like classic belt problems. Easiest route is replacing both belts if they are cracked or fraying. If the belt looks fine then you should probably have the pulley's looked at mainly the tensioner and idler pulleys.
