on my website I have the Facebook, Twitter, Skype, Yahoo messenger icon on my website, how can I make people visiting my website, notice when am on Facebook or Twitter or Skype or Yahoo messenger, which will indicates by Offline or Online (e.g offline & online indicating dot on facebook Chat environment )& by clicking any of the icons it will link straight to where I am, & Chat with me.
