Yes a friend of mine had that problem.
In the end it was just an normal infection that cleared up itself.
May I suggest that Sponging the affected area with surgical spirits
will remove ant bacteria. (I do this when required)
It "Stings" for about "(20 seconds)" but as it clears up the stinging will decrease.
I suggest not to put surgical spirits on your testicles.
It will do no harm but may sting worse than normal
