Help!!! i get a ghastly feeling at night....?

I feel really weird feelings when at look at myself in the mirror at night....feels as if someone's looking at me through the mirror and sometimes it feels as if 'she' is standing right behind me....i feel that its a girl or a woman....the feeling magnifies when i close my eyes to wash my face or something....i know it might be sounding crazy....its not like iv seen a horror movie recently or something...my mind is usually blank or preoccupied with a serious issue when i wash my face or enter the bathroom....this has happened with me for the past 2-3 years or something....please help because im really scared to look at my own image in the mirror...
ive also tried diverting my mind to other things....but the feeling always comes back....even when im not even thinking about it!!!
 
Then continue to occupy your mind with a serious issue at night, as that seems to be what helps you to ignore your superstition, and you will eventually forget about your horrors.
