help i formatted my mem card and i need to uninstall hidden files

hi,
i recently formated my memory card but i kno i still have stuff installed into my fone. (when i installed x-plore / msn etc again it asked me to replac existing files.) i cant remember what other files i had installed but i want to get rid of them because it uses memory. any 1 have a clue how to remove these invisable installed files plz?

On your PC, select "show hidden files" under "tools/folder options/view" in Windows Explorer and then take a look at the card with your memory card reader or in mass storage mode. If there's nothing, then the files are on the phone memory.
